I will just say this now,

I’m sorry for not being all you ever needed,

I’m sorry for really hurting you and for all of the mistakes I’ve made,

I’m sorry for making you feel less than you truly are still and ever were,

I always saw you as more.

I did a poor job at expressing that fully,

I’m sorry for not always being open,

I just didn’t feel it was always appropriate and I mostly wanted and needed to avoid arguments and chose to enjoy the time we had instead of wasting it on things we could no longer change,

I hope you find or are given what you deserve and most of all what your heart truly desires,

I’m sorry I couldn’t be your all.
